WHAT'S THE BAT SCREAMING ABOUT?

Because of course I'd have a place to ramble out my thoughts as if they are of utmost importance. Ha!

Oops! - 11/8/2024

I wanted to tweak this site a little more before throwing it on the interwebs for y'all to judge me for my frankly awful coding capabilities, but ehhhh I'll do that later!

Anyhow! As you can see, I have broken some of my fonts. Maybe by the time you read this I will have fixed them but don't count on it.

I've hidden a few neat little features around this site. Some are obvious. Some are not. Some you need a special link to access.

Until next time!

Cameras Cameras Cameras! - 8/13/2024

I should probably put something here, shouldn't I? Well, here goes! The inaugural post!

If you point out the open dishwasher u nasty

Life has been pretty bangin' lately, I must say. I recently went up to New Hampshire with my partners to hang out at a cabin, and also bought more cameras; a Minolta XG7, and a Holga 120N(much to my photographer partner's chagrin who is upset that I would put 120 film in a camera that's intentionally light leaky).

Regardless! I will be taking the Minolta XG7 down with me on a trip to Pittsburgh. I want to see what kind of photos I can get using its aperture priority mode, and more importantly, how it stacks up against the Minolta X-700 and it's Program mode. I'll also be taking my Minolta X-700 along, mainly because I want a tried and true camera along with me as well. Also because I want a camera I can take pictures of my girlfriend with that I am certain works. Speaking of...

❤ ✨ Hi Lexi. I know you read this. ✨ ❤

I've also been hoping to dip my little paws into medium format film photography as well! Most likely after I get back from Pittsburgh, I'll purchase a Mamiya 645 1000S. I've read that's a good, affordable jumping point into medium format.

No no no. I don't have a problem. Anyways, until next time!

EDIT: I bought the Mamiya.
